Book lust. We get it. A lot. It’s just pleasant that the cause of our affliction this time is a booze-publication (our copy of Lucky Peach now well-thumbed and mewing for a replacement).

We’ve been hunting lately for a new wine read, and this hefty hardback tome from the chaps at Tong Magazine seems to fit the bill pretty much perfectly. The photography is simply to die for; the content covering everything from terroir to varietals, desserts to funghi; and the writing seems pretty on the dot (albeit a fraction less fun than Chang’s Peach).

All we’re missing next is something this stunning, useful and entirely enjoyable for the cocktail and/or beer world(s). Please? Well, in that case, we might just have to do it ourselves. Hold that thought and stay tuned.
